An Outsourcee is an 'Outsourced Employee' working for us at OutsourceXtra. They are independent freelancers, who are paid weekly for doing remote work for our specially selected clients.
OutsourceXtra's job is to find business owners that need work doing within their business by experienced, trustworthy individuals, but don't want or need to employ people for it. OX will then match them up with the most ideal candidates for the job, and the client will decide based on the information on each Outsourcee, who they would like to work with.
From there Outsourcees will use OX's bespoke software to easily manage & time themselves per task for their clients. It is then both OX's & the Outsourcee's duty to ensure the client is happy with the work being done.
As an Outsourcee you have control of:
• Your hourly rate of pay.
• The number of work hours you have available to work.
• The times of the week you can/will work.
• The type(s) of work/services that you offer.
• The specific Jobs & Clients that you agree to take on.
• The discounts you offer.
ANYONE with some form of office-based skill/experience (however brief) can become an Outsourcee!
> You might be working full-time somewhere, and you want to make more money on top of your salary,
> you might work part-time and have spare hours you could fill with work from home,
> you might be earning a degree or qualification and benefit from easy income,
> you might be a freelancer and want new clients to come to you rather than having to generate them yourself,
> you might even be newly out of work or looking for something new.
You can apply to be an Outsourcee via the link below or the ‘Outsourcee Application’. We will then approve or deny your application within 72hrs of completing the form. Following that, we have a short 'Set-Up Checklist' to tick off, which can easily be done within 1-2 days.
You will also have an Outsourcee Manager to help you every step of the way.
